SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

You will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provide at check-out. You may also view your order status by logging into your account online.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Your order is important to us, and we want you to receive it as quickly as possible.  

Free ground shipping is offered on all orders.  Most items ship in 1-2 business days. Orders received after 2PM CST are processed the following business day.  Delivery times are not guaranteed and depend upon the availability of merchandise. Shipments and deliveries occur only on business days.

USPS is our preferred carrier. To make other arrangements, you may contact one of our store locations directly for special handling. Unfortunately, we are only able to accept orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and do not ship internationally.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

We understand there are times you are in a rush to receive your purchase.

There are two express delivery options available at check-out: UPS Next Day at $45 shipping fee and UPS 2nd Day at $25 shipping fee.

Your UPS next-day order should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered by 2PM CST. Next-day express orders placed Friday after 2PM CST or Saturday/Sunday will be processed Monday, and should arrive on Tuesday after shipping.

Your UPS 2-day order should arrive two business days after shipping if ordered by 2PM CST. Two-day express orders placed Friday after 2PM CST or Saturday/Sunday will be processed Monday, and should arrive on Wednesday after shipping.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We want you to be happy with the Jose Balli piece you receive. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return the item within 30 days of the original purchase date. Just return it in new condition with the proof of purchase. All returns and exchanges must be unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Please print the Customer Exchange/Repair Form using the link below.  Complete the form, include the original receipt and return information so that your credit can be applied quickly. You will receive a confirmation email on our receipt of your return. If you request the exchanged item to be shipped to you, a minimal $5 shipping fee will be charged. Allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

Items that are a special order, personalized or sized in any way cannot be returned. Gift cards are also not returnable.
