HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Your order is important to us, and we want you to receive it as quickly as possible! Most items ship in 1-2 business days. Orders received after 2PM CST are processed the following business day. Delivery times are not guaranteed and depend upon the availability of merchandise. Shipments and deliveries occur only on non-holiday business days.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN MY PACKAGE?
We want you to love opening our Jose Balli package so we send you a bunch of goodies! Your jewelry piece will be in a pouch that's inside a box tied with our green logo ribbon, and a thank-you card handwritten by Jose. You'll also receive a catalog, Jose's bio card and business card, all wrapped with tissue and finished with a logo sticker. And you don't need to worry if it's a gift! We never include a packing slip or invoice.
WHAT IF I NEED MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED QUICKLY?
We understand there are times you are in a rush to receive your purchase.
There are two express delivery options available at check-out: UPS Next Day at $45 shipping fee and UPS 2nd Day at $25 shipping fee.
Your UPS next-day order should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered by 2PM CST. Next-day express orders placed Friday after 2PM CST or Saturday/Sunday will be processed Monday, and should arrive on Tuesday after shipping.
Your UPS 2-day order should arrive two business days after shipping if ordered by 2PM CST. Two-day express orders placed Friday after 2PM CST or Saturday/Sunday will be processed Monday, and should arrive on Wednesday after shipping.
Keep in mind that delivery dates are estimates, and unforeseen delivery delays by UPS and USPS can occur. Shipments and deliveries occur only on non-holiday business days.

Unfortunately, we are only able to accept orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and do not ship internationally.
