ORIGINAL WAX CARVING

Our jewelry often pays tribute to the food, the people, and the landscape of Louisiana. Once an original design is drawn up, we hand carve it out of blue jeweler's wax. 

MOLDED BY HAND

Everything is in wax form leading up to the casting. Once a rubber mold of an original design has been made, it gets injected with melted wax to make duplicates. 

LOST-WAX CASTING

Jose uses an ancient jewelry-making method known as "lost wax casting" where, during the casting process, the wax is melted away or "lost" and is replaced with silver.  

LOCALLY ASSEMBLED

We believe that creating a true Louisiana product is hiring local people, manufacturing and assembling in-house, and giving back to our community.
