Your order is important to us, and we want you to receive it as quickly as possible! Orders ship within 2-3 weeks. We design, wax carve, manufacture and assemble everything by hand in our New Orleans studio.

We want you to love opening your Jose Balli package so we send you a bunch of goodies! Your jewelry piece will be in a pouch that's inside a box tied with our green logo ribbon. You'll also receive a catalog, Jose's bio card and business card, all wrapped with tissue and finished with a logo sticker. And you don't need to worry if it's a gift! We never include a packing slip or invoice.
