CLEANING & REPAIRS

We offer free cleaning on any Jose Balli jewelry item. You may bring your piece to one of our retail stores or send it to us.  We also offer repair services at nominal prices for all Jose Balli jewelry. If you have a jewelry item that requires a repair, we recommend you allow us to complete your repair to ensure its quality. 

After we assess your repair request, we will contact you with an estimate before proceeding with any work.  

 

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with the Jose Balli piece you receive. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return the item within 30 days of the original purchase date. Just return it in new condition with the proof of purchase. All returns and exchanges must be unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Items that are a special order, personalized or sized in any way cannot be returned. Gift cards are also ineligible for return.

We have provided our Customer Service Form in the link below to include in your package, so you will provide all necessary information for us to complete your request quickly.  If you request an item to be shipped to you, a minimal $5 shipping fee will be charged. Allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
