DO YOU OFFER JEWELRY CLEANING?

Yes! We offer free cleaning on any Jose Balli jewelry item. You may bring your piece to one of our retail stores, or ship it to us.

 

HOW DO I REPAIR MY JOSE BALLI JEWELRY?

We offer repair services at nominal prices for all Jose Balli jewelry. If you have a jewelry item that requires a repair, we recommend you allow us to complete your repair to ensure its quality.

After we assess your repair request, we will contact you with an estimate before proceeding with any work.  

 

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?

Yes! We offer a one-year warranty on any Jose Balli jewelry item from the original purchase date to replace or repair at no charge.

 

WHAT IF I WANT TO ORDER AN ITEM IN A SIZE NOT OFFERED ON WEBSITE?

Just call one of our stores to place your special order size over the phone.

 

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be happy with the Jose Balli piece you receive! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return the item within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Just return it in new condition with the proof of purchase. All returns and exchanges must be unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Items that are a special order, personalized or sized in any way cannot be returned. Gift cards are also ineligible for return.

 

HOW DO I MAIL A JEWELRY ITEM TO JOSE BALLI?

We have provided our Customer Service Form in the link below to include in your package so you may furnish all necessary information for us to complete your request quickly. A minimal $5 shipping fee will be charged for shipping a repaired item back to you. Allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
