Yes! We offer free cleaning on any Jose Balli jewelry item. You may bring your piece to one of our retail stores or ship it to us for professional cleaning.
HOW DO I REPAIR MY JOSE BALLI JEWELRY?
We offer repair services at nominal prices for all Jose Balli jewelry. If you have a jewelry item that requires a repair, we recommend you allow us to complete your repair to ensure its quality.
After we assess your repair request, we will contact you with an estimate before proceeding with any work.

We want you to celebrate your birthday with us! You can redeem our birthday offer for a one-time purchase when you shop at any of our Jose Balli Jewelry stores during your birthday month. Our birthday promotion is 50% off a single sterling silver or bronze jewelry item at its regular price. All custom orders, give-back items, and 14K yellow-gold pieces are not included in our birthday promotion.
When you use the birthday discount, it makes your sale final. The birthday promotion may not be combined with any other sale offer, or applied to previous purchases.
This offer is only available to customers who visit our stores in person during their birthday month, and cannot be redeemed online or over the phone.
Since our stores are temporarily closed due to COVID-19, customers with March, April and May birthdays can shop their birthday promotion with us in June when we reopen our stores through the month of July. We will post our reopen date on social media as well as send an email out to our customers.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY?
We want you to be happy with the Jose Balli piece you receive! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return the item within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Just return it in new condition with the proof of purchase. All returns and exchanges must be unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When you place a special order, size or personalize your jewelry piece in any way, it makes your sale final with no returns or exchanges accepted.
