Introducing Sarah's very first charity charm, Wings of Hope. For the entire month of October, 50% of the proceeds from this brand new design gave back to Dynamic Physical Therapy Women's Health. This amazing local female-owned business assists, educates and provides therapy to women who are struggling with pain. Sarah designed a sterling silver knot twisting into a resilient butterfly to represent painful health challenges turning into hope.
