The act of throwing beads might be one of the most prominent activities that take place during Mardi Gras. These colorful necklaces became known by locals as "throws" since they were always tossed to the crowds from passing parade floats.

Inspired by this beloved tradition, Sarah Balli designed a Mardi Gras throw you can wear all year long! Each hand-strung bracelet is made up of unique beads in the traditional Mardi Gras colors of purple, green, and gold. The purple symbolizes justice, the green represents faith, and the gold signifies power. And, since Mardi Gras season wouldn't be complete without a king cake, Sarah designed a one-of-a-kind king cake and knife toggle set to tie it all together.

Your order is important to us, and we want you to receive it as quickly as possible! Orders ship within 2-3 weeks. We design, wax carve, manufacture and assemble everything by hand in our New Orleans studio.

We want you to love opening your Jose Balli package so we send you a bunch of goodies! Your jewelry piece will be in a pouch that's inside a box tied with our green logo ribbon. You'll also receive a catalog, Jose's bio card and business card, all wrapped with tissue and finished with a logo sticker. And you don't need to worry if it's a gift! We never include a packing slip or invoice.
