WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be happy with the Jose Balli piece you receive! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return the item within 100 days of the original purchase date.

Just return it in new condition with the proof of purchase. All returns and exchanges must be unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.

When you place a special order, size or personalize your jewelry piece in any way, it makes your sale final with no returns or exchanges accepted.
