How long will my order take?

Every piece is handcrafted in our New Orleans studio. Orders typically ship within 2–3 weeks.

Do your pieces come with a warranty?

Every piece is made to last—and we stand behind it.

We offer a one-year warranty from the original purchase date covering any manufacturing defects.

Can you repair my jewelry?

In most cases, yes.

If your Jose Balli Jewelry piece needs repair, we'll assess it and provide a quote before any work begins.

We always recommend having your Jose Balli Jewelry piece repaired by us to preserve its craftsmanship.

Do you offer jewelry cleaning?

Yes! We offer complimentary cleaning for life on all Jose Balli Jewelry pieces.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Every order is beautifully packaged in our signature Jose Balli green box, making it ready for gifting. We also never include pricing inside gift packages.

 

Can I shop in person?

Yes! Visit either of our New Orleans area stores to see our collections in person and find the perfect piece.
