We offer free ground shipping on all orders.


Processing Time 

Every piece is made in our New Orleans studio.

Orders typically ship within 2–3 weeks as each design is crafted by hand.

We ship standard orders via USPS.

Need a different shipping method or have a special request? We're happy to help.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.


Packaging

Every order is carefully packaged to make opening it feel just as special as wearing it.

Your jewelry arrives in a logo pouch inside our signature Jose Balli green box.

Sending a gift?

We never include packing slips or pricing inside the package.

  

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping via DHL Express to:

Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you receive.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 100 days of the original purchase.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unworn and in its original condition
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Custom, sized, and personalized pieces are final sale

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Complete our Jewelry Service Form.
  2. Securely package your jewelry and include the completed form.
  3. Ship your package to the address below.

Repairs & Cleaning 

We're here to help care for your jewelry for years to come.

Every Jose Balli jewelry piece includes complimentary professional cleaning for life. Whether your jewelry needs a professional cleaning or a repair, our team is happy to help.

Visit either of our New Orleans stores, or if you're unable to visit us, simply mail your jewelry using the steps below.

To mail your jewelry:

  1. Complete our Jewelry Service Form.
  2. Securely package your jewelry and include the completed form.
  3. Ship your package to the address below.

Once your jewelry arrives, we'll inspect it and contact you with an estimate before any repair work begins. Typical repair turnaround is 3–4 weeks.
