Every piece is made in our New Orleans studio.
Orders typically ship within 2–3 weeks as each design is crafted by hand.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.
Packaging
Every order is carefully packaged to make opening it feel just as special as wearing it.
Your jewelry arrives in a logo pouch inside our signature Jose Balli green box.
Sending a gift?
We never include packing slips or pricing inside the package.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping via DHL Express to:
Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you receive.
Items may be returned or exchanged within 100 days of purchase.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unworn and in original condition
- Proof of purchase is required
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Custom, sized, or personalized pieces are final sale.

Need to send your jewelry in for repair?
Complete our Customer Service Form and include it with your package so we can process your request as quickly as possible.
Typical turnaround time is 3–4 weeks.
