Each hand-strung necklace is made up of unique beads in the traditional Mardi Gras colors of purple, green, and gold. The purple symbolizes justice, the green represents faith, and the gold signifies power. And, since Mardi Gras season wouldn't be complete without a king cake, Sarah designed a one-of-a-kind king cake and knife toggle set to tie it all together.
